Qualifications Details for SBI Recruitment 2024
- To liaise with Army, Special Frontier Force, General Reserve Engineer Force, Assam Rifles Headquarters/ other Army Establishments for expanding the relationship between Army and SBI at the institutional level and also increasing the spread of Bank's Defence Salary Package (DSP) with their personnel including officers.
- Arranging for meeting with Army HQ/ Command HQ/ other Units etc. when senior functionaries of SBI have to call on them.
- Acting as single point of contact (SPOC) for the Army HQ etc. for complaint redressal.
- Assisting SBI in identifying locations for branch expansion and also for setting up of ATMs/ e-lobbies etc
- Generating and following up of business leads and furnishing the contact particulars of various units/ regiments to the Bank for communicating with them locally by our Circles/ Networks/ RBOs whenever required.
- Assisting SBI in placing advertisements in the Indian Army in-house magazines as and when published
Age Limit for SBI Recruitment 2024

Pay Scale for SBI Recruitment 2024
Remuneration: Rs.34.50 lakhs per annum (Fixed). Other Perks: Mobile Calling Bill within the entitlement of TEGS-VII Grade Officer. The selected candidate will be engaged on contract basis and shall not be eligible to receive any benefits that are being received by the Regular employees. The selected candidate shall not be eligible to receive any provident fund, gratuity and pension

- Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 750/- ( Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates and NIL for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available on the Bank’s Career website
- After ensuring correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter
Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for the interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted (subject to availability) and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
- Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
- Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.

- Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.
- Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless candidate uploads his/her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (Please refer para G-b-ii. and para G-c.-v. along with para G-e.-vi under ‘How to Upload Documents”).
- After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application forms.
