Qualification for SBI Recruitment 2024
Climate Risk Specialist (MMGS-III)
- Minimum Postgraduate/ Master's degree in environmental management/Environmental Sciences/Climate Change/Climate Finance/Disaster Management/Natural Resource Management/Statistics/MBA(Finance)/MBA (Banking & Finance) from a recognized university with first class or equivalent with a consistently good academic record throughout.
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP OR Professional Risk Managers by PRMIA OR Sustainability and Climate Risk by GARP
Market Risk Specialist (MMGS-III)
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWA/MBA(Finance/Banking) or equivalent / PGDM (Finance) or equivalent from institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/ UGC.
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP or Professional Risk Managers by PRMIA or CFA
- Minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience in Job related to working on General Accounting policies, Investments / Derivatives / Valuation, etc. of commercial Banks/NBFC/Large corporates.

Selection process for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to candidate for being called for interview.
- The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the bank, will be shortlisted for interview.
- The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
- Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
- Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
SBI Recruitment 2024 Salary
Middle Management Grade Scale – III: Rs (63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230) *The pay scale is due for revision and the same will be applicable from the date of joining. The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facility, other perquisites etc. as per rules in force from time to time.
