Qualifications Details for SBI Recruitment 2024
- MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution or CA/CFA
- Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 5 years in Equity Research/Products experience in Wealth Management/AMC (Mutual Fund)/Banks.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.
- MBA/MMS/PGDM/ME/M.Tech./BE/B.Tech./PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution.
- MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution
- Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counsellor/officer/part of product team in Wealth Management organization

Pay Scale for SBI Recruitment 2024
- The following positions are available at SBI: Central Research Team (Product Lead), Central Research Team (Support), Project Development Manager (Technology), Project Development Manager (Business), Relationship Manager, VP Wealth, Relationship Manager - Team Lead, Regional Head, Investment Specialist, and Investment Officer.
- The upper range of the CTC for these roles is as follows: ₹61.00 lakhs for the Central Research Team (Product Lead), ₹20.50 lakhs for the Central Research Team (Support), ₹30.00 lakhs for both Project Development Manager (Technology) and Project Development Manager (Business), ₹45.00 lakhs for Relationship Manager, ₹52.00 lakhs for VP Wealth, ₹66.50 lakhs for Relationship Manager - Team Lead, ₹44.00 lakhs for Regional Head, ₹26.50 lakhs for Investment Specialist, and ₹30.00 lakhs for Investment Officer.
- Employees in these positions are eligible for Performance Linked Pay and an annual increment based on performance ratings, as per the bank’s policy. Currently, the bandwidth for Performance Linked Pay ranges from 0% to 35%, and the increment ranges from 0% to 25%.
Application Fee for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD candidates
- After ensuring correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter.
- Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available thereat. The payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2024
- Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview.
- The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. CTC Negotiation will be done one-by-one at the time of Interview, with the candidates.
- Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
