Qualification for SAI Recruitment 2024

• Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline or BE/B. Tech or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after a study of 4 years or more acquired after 10+2.
• MBA/Post Graduate Diploma Years) specialisation in Sports Management from a recognized university.

• Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU in relevant fields.
• Experience will only be considered if acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
• The duration of Ph.D., research, or fellowship will not be counted as experience.
• Eligible candidates meeting the above-mentioned criteria will be shortlisted for the interview.
• The final merit will be determined solely based on the scores obtained in the interview.

Age Limit for SAI Recruitment 2024

• The position of Junior Consultant (General) has an age limit of 45 years.
• However, candidates belonging to the categories of Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are eligible for age relaxation as per the norms set by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Other Conditions for SAI Recruitment 2024

• If required to travel outstation for official duty, the candidate will be entitled to TA/DA as per rules.
• Unsatisfactory performance may lead to discontinuation of services after giving one-month notice.
• The candidate may be terminated immediately without any obligations if found guilty of violating terms of employment or misconduct.
• SAI's decisions on eligibility, selection, and posting are final and binding, with no correspondence entertained.
• SAI reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or selection process at any stage without assigning a reason
• The Director-General of SAI shall have the final authority in case of disputes.
• The appointment is purely on a contract basis and does not guarantee permanent employment in SAI.
• Any legal matters related to employment at SAI fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
• A panel will be drawn for one year to be utilised by any government-funded scheme/project along with SAI, and SAI reserves the right to cancel the panel without giving a reason.
• In disputes, the English version of the employment notice will prevail.
