Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is recruiting for two Executive positions in New Delhi, with a salary range of Rs. 50,960-53,690/-. The positions are on a contract basis and have an age limit of 32 years as of May 1, 2024. The first position, Executive/HR, requires a B.Com or B.Sc. degree and at least 6 years of experience in a Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed company.
The second position, Executive/HR & IT, requires a BE/B. Tech in IT and an MBA, with at least 4 years of experience, including 2 years in a Railway Infrastructure PSU. Both positions require knowledge of SAP-HCM and experience in an E-Office environment.

Qualifications Details for RVNL Recruitment 2024
Executive/HR(Contract):
- B.Com/B.Sc. from a recognized University.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed Company, on regular/contract/ temporary/Outsource basis.
- Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time managerial & Payroll Processing. c) d) Experience of working in E-Office environment. Experience of handling HR/Establishment matters including recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, holding DPC, fixation of emoluments, etc.
Executive/HR & IT (Contract):
- BE/B. Tech. in Information Technology (IT) and MBA
- Minimum 4 years working experience, out of which at least 02 years working experience must be in Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed Company, on regular/contract/temporary/ Outsource basis.
- Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time managerial & Payroll Processing.
- Experience of working in E-Office environment. Experience of handling HR/Establishment matters including recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, holding DPC, fixation of emoluments, etc.
- All mandatory educational/professional qualifications should have been obtained from a recognized university/deemed university/autonomous institutes in corporate by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or UGC Actor from Government approved/recognized institutions.
- Experience gained after obtaining the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the post will be taken into consideration for ascertaining eligibility for the post.

Pay Scale for RVNL Recruitment 2024
- The Monthly Remuneration attached to the posts is indicated. Statutory deductions on account of EPF (Employees' share), Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc. shall be made from the gross remuneration.
- RVNL is recruiting for 2 Executive positions with a salary range of Rs. 50,960-53,690/-. The breakdown for Executive (HR) on contract is as follows: Basic pay of Rs. 29,500, perks amounting to Rs. 20,650, and PF of Rs. 3,540, totaling Rs. 53,690. For Executive (IT and HR) on contract, the breakdown includes: Basic pay of Rs. 28,000, perks of Rs. 19,600, and PF of Rs. 3,360, totaling Rs. 50,960.
Selection Process for RVNL Recruitment 2024
- RVNL is recruiting for 2 Executive positions. The selection process includes a screening/interview and a medical examination, both of which will be conducted at the Corporate Office of RVNL.
