RLDA operates efficiently, enhancing expertise in land management, station development, contract and finance management, as well as valuation and marketing in competitive environments.
Offering attractive perks, RLDA is currently seeking applicants for the position of Joint General Manager or Deputy General Manager (Civil Engineering), with one vacancy each in Bhopal and Nagpur.The tenure of deputation is five years, requiring candidates to meet specific eligibility criteria including experience in analogous roles or as Group A or B Gazetted officers within the civil engineering cadre of Indian Railways, Central and State Governments, PSUs, or statutory authorities. Candidates must hold relevant degrees or diplomas in civil engineering and possess substantial service experience to qualify for the position.

Qualifications Details for RLDA Recruitment 2024
Joint General Manager or Deputy General Manager(Civil Engineering):
- Previous experience of Planning & execution of Land/Esate.
- Experience of working in organization/area connected with Land Management.
- Experience in Tendering work.
- Knowledge of Computer.
Manager or Assistant Manager(Electrical Engineering):
- Previous experience of Planning & execution of Land/Estate.
- Experience of working in organization/area connected with Land Management.
- Experience in Tendering work.

Pay Scale for RLDA Recruitment 2024
- Joint General Manager: Pay Level-13 (7th CPC)
- Deputy General Manager: Pay Level-12 (7th CPC)
- Manager: Pay Level-11 (7th CPC) Assistant Manager: Pay Level-9 (7th CPC)
