Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory authority of Ministry of Railways and has been duly constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006. The mandate of RLDA is to generate revenue through long term leasing of "vacant & surplus Railway Land & air space and Station Redevelopment".
RLDA is a very lean and efficient organization of Indian Railways. Experience & expertise acquired in RLDA enhances the knowledge base especially in Land management station development, contract management and finance management, valuation & marketing in competitive business environment.
RLDA provides attractive perks and allowances to its officers & staff. Applications are being invited for the various vacant posts from officials of Indian Railways. The specifications/ requirements of the vacancy are as under:-

Qualification for RLDA Recruitment 2024
- Eligibility: SAG/NFSAG/SG IRSE Officers with a minimum of 17 years of regular Group 'A' service.
- Desirable: Experience in Land Management / Real Estate/Contract Management.
- Others: One scale higher than parent grade for officers upto Pay Lavel-13 or deputation allowance if posted in same grade are permissible. Retention of Govt. accommodation, Continuing of TADK/ Care Taker allowance, Liberal lease facility including Self Lease, Conveyance Allowance/Official vehicle, Liberal medical facilities, Soft furnishing allowance, electricity allowance etc. are also available.

Pay Scale for RLDA Recruitment 2024
Scale of pay of the deputation: Level-14 (7th CPC), Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms, Tenure of Deputation: 3 years + 2 years (4th and 5th year)

General Manager (HR), Rail Land Development Authority, Unit No.-702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-lI, DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110002 by 31.07.2024 till 17:00 hrs.
