Qualifications Details for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 02 years’ experience in execution of railway/ road infrastructure projects (including minimum 01 year experience in any Civil Engineering construction works) or
- Minimum of 03 years’ experience in execution of railway/ road infrastructure projects (including minimum 01 year experience in any Civil Engineering construction works).
Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2024
For the position of Site Engineer at RITES, the maximum age limit is 55 years as of the last date of the online application, which is 09.08.2024, 11:00 AM. There are 07 posts available. Age relaxation and concessions are provided for EWS, SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PWD, Ex-SM, and J&K Domicile candidates, in accordance with the prevailing government orders. Specifically, OBC (NCL), SC, and ST candidates are eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved posts as per the extant government directives.
Pay Scale for RITES Recruitment 2024
- For the post of Site Engineer, the minimum work experience required is 2 years. Degree holders will receive a monthly basic pay of ₹23,340, with a yearly CTC of ₹5,09,741. Diploma holders with 3 years of experience will have a monthly basic pay of ₹16,828 and a yearly CTC of ₹3,67,523.
- For the AutoCAD Operator position (VC No. 186/24), diploma holders with 2 years of experience will earn a monthly basic pay of ₹14,747 and a yearly CTC of ₹3,22,064. ITI holders with 2 years of experience will receive a monthly basic pay of ₹14,216 and a yearly CTC of ₹3,10,479.
Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Applications will be screened for eligibility, and candidates may be shortlisted for selection. The company reserves the right to determine the number of candidates shortlisted from the eligible pool. The selection process will involve an interview with a weightage distribution as follows: 100% of the evaluation will be based on the interview, divided into 65% for technical and professional proficiency and 35% for personality, communication, and competency.
- A merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who achieve a minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS categories and 50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD categories in the interview. There will be no aggregate qualifying marks. Appointment of selected candidates will be contingent upon their passing a medical examination as per RITES rules and standards for the relevant post.

- While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication with RITES Ltd.
- Walk- in Interviews will be conducted on 08.08.2024 & 09.08. 2024 on first come first served basis. Candidates can appear at any one of the Interview venue on the aforemenƟoned dates.
