Qualifications Details for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent And Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering
- Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in railway infrastructure projects
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in railway infrastructure projects.
Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2024
The maximum age considered for calculating age as of the application deadline, which is July 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM, will apply. Reservation, relaxation, and concessions for EWS, SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PWD, Ex-Servicemen, and J&K Domicile candidates will be provided in accordance with applicable government directives.
Upper age limit relaxation for OBC (NCL), SC, and ST candidates will be granted for reserved positions as per prevailing government regulations. PWD candidates with a disability of not less than 40% will qualify for PWD benefits, including a relaxation of up to 10 years in the upper age limit.
Pay Scale for RITES Recruitment 2024
- The pay, allowances, and perks for the positions are structured as follows: VC No. 107-R1/24 offers a pay scale ranging from 90,000 to 2,40,000 INR with an approximate Cost to Company (CTC) of 24.54 LPA. VC No. 108-R1/24 has a pay scale of 70,000 to 2,00,000 INR, translating to an approximate CTC of 19.12 LPA. For VC No. 109-R1 to 114-R1/24, the pay scale ranges from 60,000 to 1,80,000 INR, with an approximate CTC of 16.41 LPA. VC No. 115-R1/24 offers a pay scale from 30,000 to 1,20,000 INR, amounting to an approximate CTC of 08.47 LPA.
- Selected candidates will receive basic pay and Dearness Allowance (DA), along with fixed and variable allowances totaling 23% of the Basic Pay. Additional benefits include House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Lease, contribution to Provident Fund (PF), and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.
Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2024
All candidates who successfully submitted their online application form, shall be provisionally allowed to appear for Document Scrutiny/verification process wherein the eligibility of the candidates with respect to the post applied will be verified. Thereafter, the shortlisted/eligible candidates shall be allowed to appear for Interview. RITES Ltd. reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection out of eligible candidates.
The selection process may be conducted online. The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under: Interview - 100 % (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65 %; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%) A minimum of 60% marks for UR/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved posts) in interview will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on panel. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate
