• Individual Consultant: Projects Leader (Civil) - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. Candidates should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction Industry.
• Individual Consultant: Team Leader / Project Manager (Civil) - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. Candidates should have a Minimum of 15 years experience in construction
• industry.
• Design expert (Civil) - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering. Candidates should have a minimum experience of 10 years in design related to execution of structures preferably near running track.
• Resident Engineer (Track) - Degree- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Diploma- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent. For degree Holders- Candidates Should Have a Minimum of 10 Years’ Experience in Railway Infrastructure for Diploma Holders- Candidates Should Have a Minimum of 15 Years’ Experience in Railway Infrastructure.
• Design Assistants/Engineer (Design) - Masters- Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering Degree- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Diploma- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent. for Masters Holders- Candidates Should Have a Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in Design Related to the Execution of Structures, Preferably Nearby Running Track.
• For Degree Holders- Candidates Should Have a Minimum of 7 Years Experience in Design Related to the Execution of Structures, Preferably Nearby Running Track. For Diploma Holders- Candidates Should Have a Minimum of 10 Years' Experience in Design Related to the Execution of Structures, Preferably near a running Track.

• All candidates who successfully submitted their online application form, shall be provisionally allowed to appear for Document Scrutiny/verification process wherein the eligibility of the candidates with respect to the post applied will be verified. Thereafter, the shortlisted/eligible candidates shall be allowed to appear for Interview. RITES Ltd. reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection out of eligible candidates.
• The mode of Selection is Interview only. "In selection process, candidates will be evaluated based on a variety of parameters such as Technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication and interpersonal skills.”
• The candidates shall have to produce copies of educational qualification and experience claimed which shall be verified from the original documents at the appropriate stage and shall be subject to verification from the original source. Based upon fulfilling the conditions of eligibility; candidates shall be shortlisted for Interview.
• The decision of RITES as whether a candidate is Eligible/Ineligible shall be final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The instant engagement is being done for deployment of personnel at one of our clients' site and as such, issuance of offer letter for engagement to the selected candidates shall be subject to approval of CVs by the concerned client.
• CVs of all such candidates who are found suitable in the process will be shared with the Client and the candidate/s whose CV/s is are approved by the Client, will be issued with the Engagement Letter.

• While filling up the required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the details of “Identity Proof”. Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be produced in original at later stages of selection.
• After filling up the required details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, the candidate should submit the application. The candidates are also advised to keep a copy of Application Form submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the selection.
