Qualification for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Graduate in Electronics/Instrum entation Engineering/Bio Medical Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Professional experience of not less than 15 years. Good Command in English.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Graduate in Engineering of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Bio-Medical Engineering
- Degree in Environmental Eng/ MSc in Environmental Studies or B Tech in Civil Eng with 2 years postgraduation in Environmental Eng. At least 3 years post qualification experience. Must have good command in English.

Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Maximum Age: 55 Years. Age, experience, and all other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on the last date of submission of the application (cut-off date).
- Reservation/ relaxation/ concessions to EWS/ SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD/ Ex-SM/ J&K Domicile would be provided against reserved posts (where applicable) as per extant Govt. orders.
- Relaxation in upper age limit to OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates shall be provided against reserved posts as per extant Govt. orders.
- PWD candidates suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for the benefit of PWD. Such PWD candidates shall be eligible for relaxation of 10 years in upper age limit.

The candidates will have to deposit the under mentioned amount of fees during online application: General/OBC Candidates - Nil, EWS/ SC/ST/ PWD Candidates - Nil.
Selection Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2024
- RITES Limited shall conduct an initial screening consisting of verification of documents and interview (if found eligible) of all applicants to identify those who meet the minimum requirements as established by the project requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates' curriculum vitae (CVs) will be forwarded to the client for their review and selection. The Client will then provide a final list of candidates deemed suitable for an offer of employment.
- The weightage distribution of various parameters of the interview round shall be as under: Interview - 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 35 %) Total - 100%
- A minimum of 60% marks for UR/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved posts) in interview will be required to enable the candidate to be considered suitable in screening round. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.
- Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.

- While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication with RITES Ltd.
- While filling up the required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the details of “Identity Proof”.
