Qualification for RITES Recruitment 2024
- BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Working in Level 13 or above in CDA pay scale of 7th CPC or equivalent with 19 years of Group 'A' service.
- Officers working in Central/State Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ CPSUs/ State PSUs in IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000- 2,60,000 (E-7) with 19 years of post qualification executive experience can apply.
- Executive experience in the IDA pay scale will be counted from 2 years after entry into the scale of Rs.50,000-1,60,000 in IDA.
Selection Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2024
Applications will undergo scrutiny based on the following parameters, each contributing to a total of 100 points
- Education qualification (20 Marks)
- Vigilance and Disciplinary Action Record (D&AR) (10 Marks)
- Performance (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports - APARs) (25 Marks)
- Work Experience (15 Marks)
- Length of service (10 Marks)
- Overall Suitability (20 Marks)
A minimum aggregate of 75 marks is required to pass the scrutiny process.
How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Last date of receipt of duly forwarded application through respective Competent Authority is 24.05.2024 through Email only ([email protected]/[email protected]).
- The forwarded application must clearly mention No Objection, Vigilance/D&AR records indicating details of penalties if any, imposed upon the applicant during his service and ACRs/APARs for the past 05 years with specific mention of the grading/score in the APARs (OS, VG, Good, Fair, Poor) as per the table given below.
- The applicant is also advised to send an advance copy of his application along with detailed CV directly at above e-mail ids at the earliest for our record.
- However, in absence of receipt of the forwarded application and the required documents within the stipulated period, the advance copy of the application so received, will be liable for non-consideration for the subject post.
- No correspondence either from the applicant or from his organization in this regard including the request for extension of time period shall be entertained.
