Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2024
- RITES is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager, with three vacancies available. Applicants must be under 40 years of age to be eligible for this role. Reservation/ relaxation/ concessions to EWS/ SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD/ Ex-SM/ J&K Domicile would be provided against reserved posts (where applicable) as per extant Govt. orders.
- Relaxation in upper age limit to OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates shall be provided against reserved posts as per extant Govt. orders. PWD candidates suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for the benefit of PWD. Such PWD candidates shall be eligible for relaxation of 10 years in upper age limit.
Pay Scale for RITES Recruitment 2024
The pay, allowances, and perks for the Assistant Manager position at RITES include a pay scale approximately ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 with an approximate CTC of 10.8 LPA. Selected candidates will receive basic pay and DA, along with fixed and variable allowances amounting to 23% of the basic pay. Additional benefits include HRA/Lease, contribution to PF, and gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. Various other benefits are also provided.

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2024
- Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager position at RITES will undergo a selection process based on their performance in a Written Test and an Interview. The Written Test carries a weightage of 60%, while the Interview holds 40%. Within the Interview, technical and professional proficiency account for 30%, and personality, communication, and competency contribute 10%.
- To qualify, candidates from UR/EWS categories need a minimum of 50% marks in the Written Test (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD). In the Interview, UR/EWS candidates must secure at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD). There is no aggregate minimum qualifying marks requirement. Successful candidates meeting these criteria will be considered for placement on the panel.
