Relevant Experience in Metro/ Railway/ Metro Viaduct/ Station Construction or pre-stressed bridges/ flyovers in Railways.

Quantity Estimator-System: Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/ IT/ ECE/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum post-qualification experience of 8 years in rail related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 3 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience in Metro/ Railway/ Large Infrastructure project/ Airports.

Resident Engineer: Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum post-qualification experience of 15 years in rail related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 5 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is in Metro/ Railways/ Airports.

Senior Planning: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum post-qualification experience of 15 years in rail related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 5 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience in Metro/Railway/Govt/ PSU.

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2024

• Candidates who successfully submit their online application form will be provisionally allowed to participate in the Document Scrutiny/verification process, during which their eligibility for the applied post will be assessed.
• Following this, only the shortlisted and eligible candidates will be invited for an Interview, as RITES Ltd. reserves the right to determine the number of candidates selected for this stage.
• The selection will be based solely on the Interview, where candidates will be evaluated on technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must provide copies of their educational qualifications and experience claims, which will be verified against original documents at the appropriate stage and subject to verification from the original source.
• Shortlisting for the Interview will be based on meeting eligibility conditions, and RITES’ decision on a candidate's eligibility is final with no correspondence entertained.
• This recruitment is intended for deployment at a client's site, so the issuance of the offer letter to selected candidates is contingent upon client approval of their CVs. Only candidates whose CVs are approved by the client will receive an Engagement Letter.

General Terms for RITES Recruitment 2024

• Individual Consultant will be engaged as per requirement which may be extended by one year at a time for providing quality services as per requirements.
• However, their continuation in their respective position beyond the first and subsequent years would be contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators. Extension of consultants will be done on the same project only.

• While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication with RITES Ltd.
• While filling up the required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the details of “Identity Proof”.
• Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be produced in original at later stages of selection.
• After filling up the required details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, candidate should submit the application.
• The candidates are also advised to keep a copy of Application Form submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the selection.
