Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Trainee (Finance) with 10 vacancies available. The qualification required is a Graduate Degree from a recognized university along with a pass in the Intermediate Examination of either the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for male and female candidates at subsidized rates, subject to availability. The upper age limit is 28 years as of March 1, 2024, with relaxation for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), and PWD candidates.
The selection will be based on a category-wise merit list drawn from the marks secured in the qualifying examination. Interested candidates can apply online through the RINL corporate website before the deadline on May 6, 2024.

Position, Vacancy for RINL Recruitment 2024
- Name of the Post: Trainee (Finance)
- No. of Vacancies: 10
- In case of non-availability of sufficient nos. of candidates in Reserved Categories, the unfilled posts will be filled up with candidates from other reserved/ un-reserved categories. (This norm is proposed in order to ensure effective utilization of all vacancies).
Qualification for RINL Recruitment 2024
- Graduate Degree from recognized University along with pass in Intermediate Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Job Description: To assist the concerned dealing officers in their respective areas assigned in Finance & Accounts Department.
Pay Scale for RINL Recruitment 2024
- Consolidated stipend per Month in Rupees: 20,000/-.
- Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for male candidates at Company’s Trainees Hostel in VSP Township on twin sharing basis and for female candidates at RINL, VSP Quarters at Township, Ukkunagaram, except for local candidates, as per the applicable subsidized rates, subject to availability.
Age Limit for RINL Recruitment 2024
Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on 01-03-2024. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates. Additional 10 years age relaxation will be applicable for PWD (with more than 40% disability) candidates in respective category
Selection Procedure for RINL Recruitment 2024
- Category-wise Merit List will be drawn for eligible candidates based on their marks secured in the Intermediate Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Thereafter, top candidates in the Merit List will be selected against the vacancies and balance candidates will be kept in the Waiting List. In case of non-joining/ separation of selected candidates, the waitlisted candidates will be selected for the balance period of one year tenure.
