RHFL (Repco Home Finance Limited) is hiring for the position of Chief Manager in Chennai. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics in Housing Finance, Retail Lending, or Marketing of Financial products (Home Loan), with age not exceeding 32 years as of April 1, 2024.
A graduation degree is required, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and candidates with post-graduation and professional qualifications will be given additional weightage. Extensive knowledge of the local housing finance market and fluency in the regional language, along with English, are essential.
The pay scale is based on the current CTC plus attractive incentives, and the selection process will be based on shortlisting and subsequent selection steps. Qualification for RHFL Recruitment 2024
- Minimum 5 years of experience (for age not exceeding 32 years) in business analytics in Housing Finance/ Retail Lending/ Marketing of Financial products (HomeLoan). For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required.
- Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) preferably in Finance, Business Administrationor arelated field from a UGC recognized university in regular class roomcourse. Post- graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage.
- Candidates have to specify in the Bio Data form for which position they are applying(Chief Manager).
- Extensive in-depth knowledge of local housing finance market with good networkingcapacity with builders / developers is a must.
- Fluency in regional language(read, write & speak) besides English is must. Workingknowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale for RHFL Recruitment 2024
Pay & Perquisites: Based on Current CTC + Attractive incentives. TheCompany also reserves the right to offer suitable cadre/emoluments to candidates as per its own discretion depending on profile, past experience and performance in the selectionprocess etc.
Age Limit for RHFL Recruitment 2024
Age not exceeding 32 years as on 01-04-2024 (relaxation generally up to 45 years of age can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience for deserving cases based on Management discretion).
Selection Procedure for RHFL Recruitment 2024
- The shortlisting will be done as per the prescribed criteria and as per management discretion depending upon the number of applications received.
- The shortlisted candidates shall be called for further selection process subsequently.
