Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Associate at a fixed stipend of Rs. 28000.00 per month (Rupees Twenty eight thousand per month) for Council of Science and Technology (CST), UP, sponsored project entitled “Sustainable & Point-Source CO2 Capture Method: Role of Hydrodynamics on Gas-Liquid reaction (PID:4472)”

The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Research Associate under a Council of Science and Technology (CST) project focused on sustainable CO2 capture methods. The role offers a stipend of Rs. 28,000 per month and is based in Amethi.

Applicants should have a B.Tech./B.E. and M.Tech. in relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI. Candidates must also be residents of Uttar Pradesh, and a NET/GATE score is desirable.

Qualification for RGIPT Recruitment 2024

• B.Tech./B.E in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Material Science & Engineering or relevant branch with minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale AND
• M. Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Material Science & Engineering or relevant branch with minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale
• The candidate must have been born in Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Qualified NET /GATE score of any year is desirable.
• Knowledge of designing/fabrication will be an advantage

Salient Points: The offer is co-terminus with the project. In campus residence facility in hostel will be provided based on availability. Based on satisfactory performance, the selected candidate may be given chance to apply for Institute’s PhD programme. However, selection will be based on qualification, experience, and interview.
