RFHL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Details

Managers:

• Minimum 3 years of experience (for age not exceeding 28 years) in Housing Finance/retail lending/ Marketing of Financial products (Home Loan)/ branch operations in HFCs/NBFCs/Banks. For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required.
• Presently holding a role in the cadre now equivalent to or not lower than that of AssistantManager (Deputy Manager) cadre

Senior Managers:

• Minimum 4 years of experience (for age not exceeding 30 years) in Housing Finance/retail lending/ Marketing of Financial products (Home Loan)/ branch operations in HFCs/NBFCs/Banks. For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required.
• Presently holding a role in the cadre now equivalent to or not lower than that of Manager cadre

RFHL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

• Managers: Age not exceeding 28 years as of 01-04-2024 (relaxation generally up to 40 years of age can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience for deserving cases based on Management discretion).
• Senior Managers: Age not exceeding 30 years as of 01-04-2024 (relaxation generally up to 43 years of age can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience for deserving cases based on Management discretion)
