Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (RFCL) is seeking to engage two Medical Officers on a contractual basis. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized university, with a minimum of five years of post-internship experience in a reputable hospital, though preference will be given to those with higher qualifications or medical diplomas.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 64 years as of February 29, 2024, with a monthly consolidated pay of ₹87,550. Selection will be based on a walk-in-interview scheduled for May 18, 2024, at the Old Tech. Building, RFCL Site, Ramagundam. Interested candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested copies, including their application form, proof of date of birth, educational certificates, registration certificate from the Medical Council of India, experience certificates, and photo identity proof.
The engagement is purely contractual and does not guarantee regular employment. RFCL reserves the right to reject applications or cancel the process without providing a reason, and candidates can be terminated for misconduct or poor performance. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview, and candidates must undergo a medical fitness examination. The contractual Medical Officers will not receive benefits such as PF, pension, or medical benefits, and accommodation may be provided on a lease basis at the RFCL Township. All disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Ramagundam, Distt. Peddapalli. Income tax will be deducted from the monthly payment as per applicable laws.

Qualifications Details for RFCL Recruitment 2024
- MBBS with minimum 05 years inline post qualification experience after internship, in Hospital of Repute.
- However, any other higher qualification or Diploma in Medical Discipline after MBBS will be given preference
