Qualification for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
- Graduate from recognized University in any stream or CA/ICWA/CAIIB/Diploma in Cooperative Business Management. Knowledge of local language i.e. Tamil.
- Diploma / Certification in Computer Applications/ Cyber Laws/ Labour Laws/ Finance / Accountancy / Law.
- Minimum 8 years experience in financial sector at the middle/ senior level e.g. Bank / Credit Society.
- Minimum of 25 years of overall banking experience out of which 20 years of experience in Officer Cadre in a Bank / Credit Society.
- Officers working in the level of Chief General Manager (Scale VIII) or higher cadre in Public Sector Banks and Repco Bank only would be eligible.
- The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in all types of banking activities.
- Applicant should possess proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team;
Pay Scale for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
Pay Scale: The selected candidate will draw pay in the scale of Rs.2,05,400/- to Rs.2,24,400/- plus all usual admissible allowances & perquisites.
Age Limit for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
- The age of superannuation for the post is 60 years
- The applicant should not be less than 54 years and not more than 58 years of age. For this, age as on 01.05.2024 will be reckoned.
- There shall not be any pending/contemplated/convicted disciplinary action against the applicant.
