Qualifications Details for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- Any Graduate, Basic English Knowledge
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Diploma in Computer Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Passed B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic (Chemistry as a major subject)
- Passed 12th class examination with Science under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
- Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent
- Passed B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Physics as a major subject).

Pay Scale for RCFL Recruitment 2024
The stipend rates for apprentices at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) are structured as follows: Rs. 7,000 per month for Technician (vocational) apprentices, Vocational Certificate holders, or students from Diploma Institutions enrolled in Sandwich Courses.
For Technician apprentices, diploma holders in any stream, or students from degree institutions enrolled in Sandwich Courses, the stipend is Rs. 8,000 per month. Graduate apprentices, degree holders in any stream, and degree apprentices receive a stipend of Rs. 9,000 per month.
Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2024
A merit list will be drawn in the order of the percentage criteria and applicable reservation secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification. Wherever CGPA/CPI or other grades in qualifying examination is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated in the application as per norms adopted by concerned University / Institute. The candidate shall be required to submit a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting, in case of final selection.
