Qualification for RCFL Recruitment 2024
The applicant must have retired from a position of at least General Manager or higher in RCF. They should hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and have essential work experience in Ammonia and Urea plants, as well as in Technical Services.
Pay Scale for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- The remuneration for the position includes a lump sum payment of 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA).
- If the individual resides in RCF Township, they may retain the accommodation for up to one month after the contract ends, with charges for accommodation, water, and electricity according to company rules.
- In this case, the remuneration will be adjusted to 70% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus DA. If posted to a location without company quarters but with bachelor guest house accommodation available, it will be provided free of charge.
- The individual will be responsible for any tax implications related to accommodation and perquisites, and payments will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). Casual leave will accrue at a rate of one day per month, and RCF Holidays will be applicable.
- The individual will not be eligible for benefits such as PF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, or PRP. However, they will receive facilities like medical, TA/DA, and access to the Sports Club, consistent with their last regular employment with RCF. The appointment can be terminated by either party with one month's notice.
Age Limit for RCFL Recruitment 2024
Applicant age shall be below 65 years while applying for the post of Advisor. Superannuated employee shall be engaged as an Advisor maximum up to the age of 65 years.
