Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is recruiting two Technical Advisors for their Ammonia Plant. Applicants must be retired Senior Managers with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in ammonia plant operations at RCF. The age limit for applicants is 65 years. The position offers a lump sum remuneration of 80% of the last drawn basic pay plus DA, with accommodation and other benefits depending on the posting location.
The appointment is for six months and may be terminated with one month’s notice. Selection is based on a personal interview, which may be conducted in person or online. Eligibility Criteria Details for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- Applicants should have retired (superannuated) from a position of Senior Manager from Ammonia Plant, RCF.
- Applicants should have a background related to Ammonia plant production and operations of RCF.
- Applicant should possess hands on experience in both panel operations and field operations within RCF Ammonia plant for not less than 15 years.
Age Limit for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- Applicants age should be less than 65 Years at the time of application.
- Superannuated employee shall be engaged as an Advisor maximum up to the age of 65 years
Pay Scale for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- Remuneration – Lump sum remuneration of 80% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA.
- If staying in RCF Township, s/he will be allowed to retain Township accommodation for maximum period of one month from the last day of the contract and charged ALF, water charges and electricity charges etc. as per company’s rules. In such case s/he will be paid lump sum remuneration of 70% of last drawn Basic+ DA.
- In case s/he is posted at allocation where company quarters are not available, but bachelor guest house accommodation is available, the same shall be provided to him free of charge.
- Tax implication, if any, on account of accommodation in township and other perquisites shall be borne by him/her. The payment shall be subject to TDS.
- Casual leave will get accrued @ 1 day per month and can be availed accordingly. S/he will also be eligible for RCF Holidays.
- S/he will not be eligible for any other benefits like PF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, PRP etc.
- S/he will be entitled for facilities such as medical, TA/DA, Sports Club etc. as applicable to her/ hislast regular employment in RCF.
- Her/his appointment can be terminated by giving one month’s notice from either side.
- The GST, if applicable will be paid by RCF under the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and Input Tax Credit will be availed by RCF.
- Appointment will not entail in any way for establishing the relationship of employer and employee.
- The appointment shall be for a period of six months.
Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- The selection process is through Personal Interview.
- Candidates will have to submit their application through email to the email id - [email protected]. The subject of the email send should be “Post applied for - Technical Advisors in Chemical Discipline for Ammonia Plant at RCF Thal Unit”.
- Candidates fulfilling minimum Qualification criteria will be shortlisted for personal interview.
- The Personal Interview may be conducted through Personal Interview/Video Conferencing/ Online Mode.
