Eligibility Criteria for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should have worked in Mono Thermal NH3-H2 based HWP and in the respective production/maintenance department for at least 15 years, and retired at the post of Engineer up to Senior Manager from any mono thermal NH3- H2 exchange based Heavy water plant.
- For employees retired from any other mono thermal NH3-H2 exchange based Heavy water plant, the person has to submit documentary evidence for the experience of Heavy water Plant for at least 15 years. Also, he should have worked in the respective departments of HWP as regular employee or on deputation at any time in Heavy water plant.
- Candidate should have better technical knowledge in Heavy water Plant
Age Limit for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- Applicant age shall be below 65 years while applying for the post of Advisor.
- Superannuated employee shall be engaged as an Advisor maximum up to the age of 65 years.
Pay Scale for RCFL Recruitment 2024
The Technical Advisor position at RCFL in Mumbai offers a lump sum remuneration equivalent to 80% of the candidate's last drawn Basic Pay plus DA. Additionally, if the advisor opts to stay in the RCF Township, they can retain accommodation for up to one month after the contract ends, subject to charges for amenities such as ALF, water, and electricity as per company regulations. In this scenario, the remuneration will be adjusted to 70% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus DA.
Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2024
- The selection process is through Personal Interview
- Candidates fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for personal interview
- The Personal Interview may be conducted through Personal Interview/Video Conferencing/ Online Mode.
- Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with minimum average of 50% marks in interview.
