The role offers a fixed hourly remuneration of ₹1,000, with additional allowances for conveyance and mobile expenses. The contract is valid for three years, and selected candidates may be required to work up to 30 hours per week across various dispensaries as needed.

Qualifications Details for RBI Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should at a minimum, possess MBBS degree from any recognized university in the Allopathic system of medicine recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- The applicant should have minimum two years of experience in any hospital or clinic as a medical practitioner.
- The candidates are required to submit Caste Certificate, if applicable, issued in the prescribed format by the Competent Authority. The applicant should submit the same along with the application.
Pay Scale for RBI Recruitment 2024
- The remuneration for the Bank’s Medical Consultant on a contract basis will be fixed at ₹1,000 per hour for the entire contract period of three years. This rate is all-inclusive.
- Of the total monthly remuneration, ₹1,000 per month will be allocated for conveyance expenses.
- An additional ₹1,000 per month will be provided to cover mobile charges.
- The Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to review and adjust the remuneration rate, alter duty hours, and change the assigned dispensary based on administrative and operational needs.
- Selected candidates may be required to attend different dispensaries as directed by the Bank, with a maximum of 30 hours per week, depending on requirements.
Selection Process for RBI Recruitment 2024
- The Bank will conduct an interview for the shortlisted candidates. Selection will be made through interview of eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards etc., in order to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
- Apart from those who may be called for interview, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who are not being called for the interview.
- Applicants shortlisted after the interview will be subjected to medical examination test and other document verification process before engagement as Bank’s Medical Consultant. The cost of medical examination tests will have to be borne by the applicant.
- Candidates selected for the post will be appointed subject to their being found medically fit and acceptance of Terms and Conditions as per and Code of Conduct as per.
- The selected applicant has to sign an agreement for contract with the Bank before engagement as Bank’s Medical Consultant (on contract basis) with fixed hourly remuneration.
