Rajiv Gandhi University has announced a recruitment drive for 2024, seeking applicants for the positions of Project Associate and Field/Laboratory Attendant as part of a DST, Government of India-sponsored research project. The recruitment is for a total of two posts, requiring qualifications in M.Sc. (Zoology/Life Sciences with specialization in Zoology) for the Project Associate and B.Sc. for the Field/Laboratory Attendant.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant field experience and those who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET/GATE for the Project Associate role. Salaries range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 31,000 plus 9% HRA for Project Associates depending on NET/GATE qualifications, and Rs. 20,000 plus 9% HRA for Field/Laboratory Attendants.

Qualification For Rajiv Gandhi University Recruitment 2024
Project Associate: M.Sc. [Zoology/Life Sciences (with specialization in Zoology)] with minimum 55% marks.
- Candidates with experience in relevant field and CSIR-UGC NET/GATE will be preferred.
Field/Laboratory attendant: B.Sc.
- Eligible candidates may appear in the walk-in-interview for the said position along with an application in plain paper and with a set of copies of educational qualifications, certificate/mark sheets (class X onwards), age proof certificate, residential /nationality proof, research experience certificates, one passport sized photograph and report to the Department of Zoology, Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh half an hour before the commencement of the interview.
- The candidates will also need to bring original documents.
Salary Details For Rajiv Gandhi University Recruitment 2024
- Project Associate: For candidate with NET/GATE: Rs. 31,000/- +9% HRA per month For candidate without NET/GATE: Rs. 25,000/-+9% HRA per month.
- Field/Laboratory Attendant: Rs. 20,000/- + 9% HRA per month Duration of the project: 3 (Three years).
