PSPCL Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Assistant Junior Specialist and Supervisor Instrumentation Vacancies, Check Eligibility at pspcl.in
Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has announced recruitment for 22 posts of Assistant Junior Specialist (Electrical and Mechanical) and Supervisor Instrumentation. Applicants must hold a full-time regular 3/4-year diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks, or a degree in the relevant disciplines with minimum 50% marks, recognized by AICTE or AMIE.
The age limit ranges from 18 to 37 years as of January 1, 2024, with applicable age relaxations as per Punjab government norms. The pay scale will be as per Punjab government guidelines. The application fee is Rs. 1200 for general candidates and Rs. 750 for SC/PH candidates, with GST applicable at 18%.

Qualifications Details for PSPCL Recruitment 2024
- Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engg. from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks. or BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engg. with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE or AMIE in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engg. with atleast 50% marks from Institution of Engineers(India) Calcutta.
- Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg. from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks. or BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication Engg. with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE or AMIE in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication Engg. with atleast 50% marks from Institution of Engineers(India) Calcutta.
Age Limit for PSPCL Recruitment 2024
As per Punjab Govt. Notification G.S.R.20/Const./Art.309/Amd.(10)/2010 dated 24.05.2010, candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01/01/2024 to be eligible for these posts and relaxation in age will be as per Govt. of Punjab instructions.
Pay Scale for PSPCL Recruitment 2024
For the posts of Assistant Junior Specialist (Electrical), Assistant Junior Specialist (Mechanical) and Supervisor Instrumentation, the Pay-Scale shall be as per the Instructions issued by Govt. of Punjab, Department of Finance (Finance Personnel1 Branch) vide its letter No. 7/42/2020-5FP1/742-746, Chandigarh dated 17.07.2020. Any clarification amendment in this regard issued from time to time by the Punjab Govt. shall be applicable.
Application Fee for PSPCL Recruitment 2024
- For all candidates except those belonging to the Schedule Cast and Person with Disability categories, the fee is Rs. 1200 per application. Including GST at 18%, the total amount payable is Rs. 1416 plus any applicable bank charges.
- For candidates belonging to the Schedule Cast and Person with Disability categories, the fee is Rs. 750 per application. Including GST at 18%, the total amount payable is Rs. 885 plus any applicable bank charges.
