- Assists in developing and implementing best practices for DRs and Backups
- Ability to optimize queries, stored procedures and database design
- Knowledge of database design principles
- Understanding of data integrity, normalization and indexing concepts
- Experience with database modeling and optimization
- Knowledge of data security best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
