Selection Process for Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2024
- The selection process will involve an interview. Candidates on the basis of qualifications, professional experience, knowledge about district &state, current affairs, awareness of welfare schemes, acquaintance with Radio news, journalistic aptitude, writing skills, familiarization with communication technologies etc.
- Engagementof Part-Time Correspondent {PTC) will be oncontractual retainership basis.
- On initial engagement of a PTC, his/her work performance would be monitored for three months. During the first three months, the contract will be renewed on a monthly basis. If his/her work is found to be satisfactory during this period, he/she may be offered renewable yearly contract till attainment of 60 years of age. All renewal of contracts will be subject to satisfactory performance during earlier contract period.
