Qualification for Pondicherry University Recruitment 2024
- First Class Post Graduate Degree in Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry / MolecularBiology/Biotechnology/having less than 3 years of research experience involving skills in either Bioinformatics orMolecular Biology domains
- Research experience demonstrated in publications involving bioinformatics molecular biology skills as mentioned above.
- Additional experience in handling laboratory animals will be considered favourably.
Salary for Pondicherry University Recruitment 2024
- Applications are invited for a research project position sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi.
- Candidates should submit their applications on plain paper in the provided format along with a comprehensive curriculum vitae and scanned copies of all academic, research documents, and publications.
- The remuneration offered is Rs. 28,000/- per month along with HRA as per the admissible rules of the Government of India.
Terms and Conditions for Pondicherry University Recruitment 2024
- The project position is only on a temporary basis with no further obligation to the funding agency or the host institution.
- The appointment is initially only for one year on a temporary basis based on the terms of appointment for Project Staff as per ICMR guidelines.
- Renewal of appointment for the next year is subject to performance review and any extensions given for the next years cannot extend the overall duration of the project and the position is co-terminus with the project.
- The position will be governed by the Pondicherry University rules and funding agency guidelines.
- Applications received within April 20, 2024 will be screened for eligibility based on the "Essential Qualifications" as mentioned above and up to top 10 candidates based on their academic and research qualifications will be shortlisted for ONLINE INTERVIEW.
