Punjab National Bank (PNB) is seeking applications for the position of Part-Time Medical Consultant in New Delhi. The role requires candidates to hold an MBBS degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, with preference given to those with an MD (Medicine) degree and prior experience as a panel doctor in government or public sector undertakings, particularly those with a clinic in Delhi.
The consultant will be based at the Head Office in Dwarka and will visit senior officers as needed, providing free medical consultations to bank employees. The position entails working two hours daily, with a consolidated monthly honorarium of Rs. 1,00,000 inclusive of conveyance and assistant charges.
Applicants must not exceed 65 years of age and should submit their applications by July 20, 2024, to the designated address at PNB's Corporate Office. The consultant will not be considered an employee and the agreement may be terminated with one month's notice from either party.

Qualification for PNB Recruitment 2024
- MBBS with a minimum of 10 years experience. (Preference will be given to those having MD (Medicine) Degree and who have served as a panel Doctor in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking and having clinic in Delhi.)
- The Part-Time Medical Consultant would be required to visit Head Office Dwarka on all working days of the week and also visit Senior Officers in Scale-VI and above at their residence in case of need, free of any charge.
- He/she will be available for free consultation to all bank’s employees at his/her Residence/Clinic.
- The services will be utilized for 2 hours on every working day. Further, he/she shall also scrutinize bills related to hospitalization of the working and retired employees of the bank and will also provide opinion to Bank, wherever required, on medical issues
Pay Scale for PNB Recruitment 2024
The consolidated monthly honorarium for rendering medical services shall be Rs.1,00,000/- including conveyance and compounder/assistant charges. Further, the Part-Time Medical Consultant shall not be eligible for any other benefit, monetary or otherwise from the bank.
Age Limit for PNB Recruitment 2024
Maximum 65 years as on date of advertisement. The Part-Time Medical Consultant will not be treated as an employee of the bank for any purpose and the agreement may be terminated by either party by giving one month notice.
