Qualification for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
Full-time Three years LLB or Five years integrated Law/LLB course with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA as per the formula provided by the Institute/ University.
Pay Scale for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
- Payables/Remuneration during training period: Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with extant IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of basic pay during training period.
- Designation & Level on successful completion of training period: Officer (Law) at E-2 level in Executive Cadre.
- Basic pay on Regularization: On successful completion of training and upon regularization, the candidate will be absorbed as Officer (Law) in E2 scale - Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/- (IDA).
Age Limit for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on last date of submission of online application. Reservation / Relaxation/ Concession to candidates belonging to different categories shall be as per Government of India directives.
Application Fee for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
Payment of Application fee (Non-refundable Rs. 500/-, wherever applicable). SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/DEx-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. Selection Procedure for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
- The selection process shall consist of CLAT – 2025 (for admission to post graduation) of eligible candidates, Document Verification, Behavioral Assessment, Group Discussion, Personal Interview & Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
- The minimum marks required in CLAT-2025 (for admission to post graduation) shall be as per the Qualifying Marks set by CLAT Authorities.
- Qualified candidates shall be short-listed category-wise in the prescribed ratio for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their actual marks in CLAT 2025 (for admission in post-graduation).
- GD will not have any qualifying marks
PGCIL Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Online at Powergrid.in
- Application window for POWERGRID shall open tentatively from 7th November 2024 to 27th November 2024.
- Candidates have to register themselves online at POWERGRID website with details of their CLAT 2025 Application No., CLAT Roll Number and other required information, which will be made available at CAREER>Job Opportunities section of www.powergrid.in.
- Candidates will be required to retain their CLAT 2025 Admit card/Hall Ticket for verification at the time of GD/ Interview and Joining in POWERGRID.
- Interested and eligible candidates should apply only through On-line Registration System of POWERGRID. To apply log on to http://www.powergrid.in > Careers Section > Job Opportunities > Openings > Openings and then “Recruitment of Officer Trainee (Law) through CLAT 2025”. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted.
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the submitted online application, same is required at the time of Document Verification and note down the user ID and password generated at the time of online registration.
