Periyar University Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 04 Guest Faculty, Check Eligibility at periyaruniversity.ac.in
Periyar University, Salem is seeking Guest Faculty for its Department of Computer Science on a temporary and consolidated basis. There are 4 vacancies available for candidates with a Ph.D. qualification in Computer Science or Computer Applications, as per UGC norms.
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 25,000 per month. The last date to apply is 16th May 2024, and the interview is scheduled for 20th May 2024 at the Department of Computer Science, Periyar University, Salem.

The Periyar University, Salem requires Guest Faculty (purely on temporary & consolidated basis and permanent employment in future cannot be claimed) for the following subjects at its University Department.

Qualification for Periyar University Recruitment 2024
- Minimum Qualification: (as per UGC Norms) : NET/SET/Ph.D – in Computer Science/ Computer Applications.
- The educational qualification is as prescribed by the UGC for Guest Faculty positions. Candidates having qualified any one of NET/SET/Ph.D in respective /related subject need only attend the Interview.
- All other candidates not having any one of NET/SET/Ph.D in the respective / related subjects will not be allowed to attend in the Interview.
Pay Scale for Periyar University Recruitment 2024
Selected candidates shall be paid a consolidated pay of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five thousand only] per month. The Guest faculty will not be given the benefit of allowances, pensions, gratuity and leave etc., as admissible to the regular teachers.
