Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has announced recruitment for the position of Junior Field/Lab Helper on a contractual basis under the scheme "Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc 08 (PC-4715)". The position offers a fixed salary of Rs. 11,537/- per month. Applicants must have at least a Middle qualification with proficiency in Punjabi.
Preference will be given to candidates who have served as DPLs in the relevant field at PAU for a minimum of 10 years. Qualifications Details for PAU Recruitment 2024
- Middle with Punjabi
- Preference will be given to candidates who have been working as DPLs in the respective field in PAU for 10 years.
- 25% and 12% posts are reserved for candidates belonging to schedule caste/tribes and backward classes belonging to Punjab State respectively: 13% posts are reserved for Ex-serviceman and 3% posts are for physical handicapped persons.
Pay Scale for PAU Recruitment 2024
One post of Junior Field/Lab Helper at the fixed salary of Rs. 11,537/-(10737+800) per month (fixed) is to be filled up on contractual basis in the scheme "Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc 08 (PC-4715)". The qualifications prescribed for the above post.

- The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/experience should send their applications on the prescribed proforma obtainable from the office of this department against the payment of Rs.100/- in shape of bank draft in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana (payable at State bank of India Abohar, IFSC SBIN0000600) to this office on or before 12.07.2024 (Friday).
- Applications received after the due date/receive without the application fee shall not be considered. This department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transits. The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
