The successful candidate will develop and implement communication strategies to promote regenerative agriculture practices among farmers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing communication campaigns, engaging with media and community organizations, and evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Communication or related field, along with experience in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental sectors. The position offers a salary of Rs. 60,000 per month plus travel expenses.

Qualifications Details for PAU Recruitment 2024
- Master’s degree in Communication / Marketing / Journalism / Public relations or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and executing communications strategies and campaigns in the agriculture, sustainability or environmental sectors.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in developing compelling content for a range of audiences.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community-based organizations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to social and environmental impact
Pay Scale for PAU Recruitment 2024
- The position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 as well as reimbursement for travel expenses based on actuals.
- It is a full-time role with responsibilities focused on communication strategies for promoting regenerative agriculture practices.
