OPaL, or ONGC Petro additions Limited, has announced recruitment for the position of Director. Candidates applying must hold a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification, with a minimum of five years' senior-level experience in Corporate Financial Management, Accounts, or Commercial roles, preferably in organizations with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore in the last 3 financial years.
Experience in the oil/gas/ refining/ Petchem gas cracker industry is preferred. The age limit for this role is set between 55 to 62 years. The selection process involves shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by a personal interview.

Qualification for OPaL Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
- The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Accounts/Commercial, in an organization of repute with minimum average annual turnover of Rs.5,000 crore in last 3 financial years.
- Experience of working in oil/gas/refining/Petchem gas cracker industry will be given preference
Pay Scale for OPaL Recruitment 2024
Fixed Monthly Remuneration: Last drawn CTC plus maximum 30% markup subject to a ceiling of Rs.1 Cr (Negotiable). However, it shall not apply for superannuated candidates. Any other payments of Statutory nature to be made over and above. Working Facilities & Benefits: At Par with MD, OPaL.
