ONGC is recruiting for the position of Project Associate with one vacancy available. The role, based in New Delhi, offers a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month, with a total annual CTC of Rs. 11.88 Lakhs, which may increase to Rs. 13.06 Lakhs after two years.

Candidates with an M.Sc. or equivalent in Microbiology/Biotechnology and at least 6 years of experience in the Bioenergy domain are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to those with research experience in anaerobes, bio-methanation, or microbial processes for biofuels.

Practical experience with aerobic and anaerobic microbes is required. Qualifications Details for ONGC Recruitment 2024

Eligibility Criteria: M.Sc./ equivalent in Microbiology/ Biotechnology + 6 years' experience in Bioenergy domain.
Desired Experience: Preference will be given to candidate who have done research work on anaerobes/bio-methanation and Microbial process for biofuels/biosurfactant production.
Experience: Practical experience of isolation/handling/culturing aerobic and anaerobic microbes such as methanogens, hydrolytic, acetogens, oleaginous yeast etc.

Pay Scale for ONGC Recruitment 2024

Total remuneration on CTC Basis will be Rs. 11.88 Lakhs per annum. The CTC may be enhanced to Rs. 13.06 Lakh per annum on successful completion of 2 years. Candidates holding/obtaining Ph.D. Degrees while directly selected as Project Associate are eligible for an additional incentive of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
