Qualification for ONGC Recruitment 2024
M. Tech/ equivalent with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade, in Mechanical/ equivalent domain + 2 years' experience in Energy domain pertaining to Field supervision for Drilling related activities. OR B. Tech/ M.Sc. with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade, in Mechanical/ Renewables/ equivalent domain + 4 years' experience in Energy domain pertaining to Field supervision for Drilling activities. Desired Experience- Geothermal Reservoir/MBA/Project Management.

Remuneration for ONGC Recruitment 2024
- Total remuneration on CTC Basis will be Rs. 9.9 Lakhs per annum. The CTC may be enhanced to Rs. 10.89 Lakh per annum on successful completion of 2 years. Candidates holding/obtaining Ph.D. Degrees while directly selected as Junior Project Associate are eligible for an additional incentive of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
