Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking intends to engage following personnel (domicile of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) purely on contractual basis for immediate engagement at Field Headquarters, Duliajan.
The contractual engagement requirement mentioned hereunder may entail working in shifts involving arduous and hazardous nature of jobs in remote/far-flung OIL installations in the production and exploration areas and also on “OnCall” duty basis.

Qualification for OIL Recruitment 2024
Contractual Paramedical Hospital Technician:
- Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
- Must have Diploma in OT Technology (02- year course) from a government recognized Institute/Medical College.
- Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.
OR
- Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
- Must have Diploma in Emergency and First Aid Technology (02-year course) from a government recognized Institute.
- Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.
OR
- Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
- Must have Diploma in ICU Technology (02- year course) from a government recognized Institute/Medical College.
- Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.
Contractual Pharmacist:
- Passed 10+2 in science stream from a Government recognized Board/University.
- Must have passed 02 (two) years Diploma Course in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Must have registered with Assam Pharmacy Council and must possess valid professional Pharmacist License.
- Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Pharmacist.
Salary for OIL Recruitment 2024
Contractual Paramedical Hospital Technician:
- Fixed emolument: ₹16,640.00 (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred and Forty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
- Variable emolument: ₹640.00 (Rupees Six Hundred and Forty) only per day for each working day
Contractual Pharmacist:
- Fixed emolument: ₹19,500.00 (Rupees Nineteen Thousand and Five Hundred) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
- Variable emolument: ₹750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred and fifty) only per day for each working day.
Age Limit for OIL Recruitment 2024
Contractual Paramedical Hospital Technician:
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum age limit: Gen: 40 years OBC-NCL: 43 Years SC/ST: 45 Years
Contractual Pharmacist:
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum age limit: Gen: 40 years OBC-NCL: 43 Year
Selection Procedure for OIL Recruitment 2024
- If the total number of candidate(s) registered for the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment(s) on the above scheduled date is beyond the adequate limit/capacity, please note that the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment(s) for the remaining registered candidate(s) will be carried forward/completed on the subsequent day(s), as required.
