The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has released the NTPC Recruitment 2024 notification for Associate Posts. The vacancies are open to candidates who have retired from NTPC or equivalent positions at the E9 level or above, with over 20 years of experience in O&M, preferably in mechanical maintenance at combined cycle gas stations.
Candidates should have experience with at least two gas turbine OEMs (e.g., Siemens, GE, MHI, ABB) and administrative experience as Head of O&M or Power Station.

Required Experience for NTPC Recruitment 2024

Candidate must have retired at E9 level/above Position from NTPC or equivalent position.

Total Experience –(i)Candidate should have O&M work experience, preferably in mechanical maintenance, for more than 20 years in different Combine cycle gas stations.

Candidate should have work experience with at least two different OEMs of gas turbines which are available in NTPC stations (Viz. Siemens/ GE/ MHI/ ABB).

Candidate should have administrative experience in combined cycle plants as Head of O&M / Head of Power Station.
Job Profile for NTPC Recruitment 2024
- The associate shall be deployed at Corporate OS (Operation Services) for strategy formulation, coordination, implementation of pilot projects and value addition for other O&M related activities at NTPC Gas Station.
