Associate Position for Retired Executives from PSUs/Govt. Organisations/Organisations of repute for Ash Dyke area
NTPC Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Required Experience profile: Minimum 10 Years’ experience in O&M/Design/Execution of Ash Dykes. The candidate must have retired at E8 level equivalent of NTPC.
NTPC Recruitment 2024 Job Profile
- Carrying out Annual Ash Dyke audits at the coal based Thermal Power Stations of NTPC including its JV’s & subsidiaries.
- Preparation & submission of Ash Dyke audit report to CC-OS-AMG within 10 days of site visit.
- Providing technical advice to stations, in consultation with CC-OS-AMG, during audits to address exceptions & issues, if any, and for improvement as well.
- Besides audit, the Associate will also have to visit various ash dykes based on requirement & advice of CC-OS-AMG, apprise CC-OS-AMG about the prevailing situation, suggest technical solutions & actions required, if any, and submit a visit report to CC-OS-AMG within 10 days of site visit.
- Competency development of O&M staff deployed in ash dyke area.
- Updating management on criticality of ash dyke, if any, for safe & sustainable operation.
- In case of any emergency, the Associate should be ready to promptly rush for site visit and also for prolonged stay there in case required and suggest/ submit remedial measures to CC-OS-AMG.
- Associate shall submit reports to CC-OS–AMG after each site visit stating his observations, criticalities, actions required along with any other suggestions.

Upper age limit: Engagement will be maximum upto 65 years of age.
