NTPC Limited, previously known as National Thermal Power Corporation, is a government-owned organization under the Ministry of Power in India. It plays a crucial role in producing electricity and related activities. The headquarters is located in New Delhi. NTPC's primary responsibility is to generate and distribute electricity to State Electricity Boards across India. Additionally, the organization is involved in consultancy and turnkey projects, which include tasks like engineering, project management, construction management, and the operation of power plants.
Online applications are invited for the recruitment of Assistant Manager positions at the National Thermal Power Corporation. The application period commences on 04.01.2024 and concludes on 18.01.2024.
Qualification, Age Limit, Pay Scale for NTPC Recruitment 2024
Assistant Manager
- Number Vacancy: 25
- Educational and other qualifications: CA/CMA (previously ICWA) qualified from institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, are eligible to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years' post qualification experience (excluding training/trainee period, if any) in executive cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit preferably in a large organization of repute.
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of 60,000 - 1,80,000 at the basic pay of 60,000/- (E3 Grade). Additionally, DA, Other perquisites and allowances, HRA/Company Accommodation, Medical Facilities, PRP, Group Insurance, Terminal benefits etc as per Company's Rules in force from time to time.
- Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as on last date of online application.
Mode of Selection for NTPC Recruitment 2024
To restrict the number of candidates to be called for an interview, if so required, the Management reserves the right to conduct online screening/ shortlisting/selection test or to raise the minimum eligibility standards/ criteria
Application Fee for NTPC Recruitment 2024:
Candidate belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 300/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category & female candidates need not pay the application fee.
