NTPC Sail Power Company Limited (NSPCL) is a Joint Venture Company of two Maharatnas-NTPC Limited and SAIL. NSPCL presently has Business Units at three locations viz. Bhilai, Durgapur & Rourkela with an installed capacity of 1104 MW. NSPCL supplies power to SAIL Units, Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Union Territory of Daman & Diu and Chhattisgarh State.
Further, NSPCL is also foraying into green energy with an expansion plan of 530 MW in Solar. Applications are invited from eligible, bright, dynamic and enterprising candidates to join NSPCL as:

Qualification for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
- Full time regular Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Full time regular Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Full time regular Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- Full time regular B.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.
Pay Scale for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year at any of the NSPCL project's or as per NSPCL arrangement during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend of * 24,000/- per month. On successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the pay scale of W7 Grade (7 24000-3%-).
Place of Posting for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
The Selected candidate shall be placed as per identified locations. However, in case of requirement, NSPCL reserves right to place the candidate as per company requirement in any of projects/stations including Subsidiaries/JV companies of NSPCL.
Age Limit for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
Upper Age limit is 27 years as on last date of online application.
Application Fee for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
Candidate belonging to General category is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300/-. The candidates from SC/ST/PwBD/SM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee. Payment in online mode: Candidate have to pay the fees online (through Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI).
The online payment option will be available on the website. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee.
Selection Procedure for NSPCL Recruitment 2024
- Eligible candidates will have to undergo On-line test consisting of Aptitude Test of 50 questions covering General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning followed by Technical Knowledge Test consisting of 70 questions in the respective discipline.
- There will be negative marking for wrong answers (Each question carries one (01) marks and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer).
- The qualifying marks is 40% marks in case of General/EWS category and 30% in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWBD.
- The merit list will be prepared of only those candidates who score qualifying marks in both tests separately. (Offer of appointment to be issued based on merit)

- Read the instructions carefully and fill-in the online application form giving accurate information. After successful registration, system will generate a Unique Registration Number.
- Candidates are required to keep the printout of the Registration slip that will be generated by the system after successful registration.
- Please ensure that details are filled up correctly. No request with respect to the change in any data entered by the candidate will be entertained once the application is submitted successfully.
