Qualifications Details for NPCIL Recruitment 2024

• HSC (10+2) or ISC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
• SSC (10th) with minimum 50% marks in Science subject(s) and Mathematics individually and 2 years ITI certificate in relevant trade (Electrician/Fitter/Instrumentation/Electronics/ Machinist/Turner/Welder).
• For trades for which the duration of the ITI course is less than 2 years, the candidates shall have at least one year relevant working experience after completion of the course.

Age Limit for NPCIL Recruitment 2024

• Age as on the last date of submission of online application is 11/09/2024
• Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN): 18 to 24 years.
• Upto the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) but no relaxation in educational qualification or method of recruitment.
• Additional relaxation in prescribed age limit commensurate with experience of working with NPCIL on Contract including Contract workers/Fixed Term Basis, and who are possessing experience of working with NPCIL subject to a maximum of 5 years will be given.

Pay Scale for NPCIL Recruitment 2024

• During the training period for Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) positions, the stipend for Operators is ₹20,000 per month for the first year.
• For Maintainers, the stipend is ₹22,000 per month during the second year of training. Additionally, trainees receive a one-time book allowance grant of ₹3,000.

Application Fee for NPCIL Recruitment 2024

• Only male candidates belonging to General, EWS, OBC categories are required to make a non-refundable payment of ₹ 100/- towards application fee with the applicable bank charges.
• The application fee can be paid on any day between 22/08/2024 (10:00 Hrs. onwards) to 11/09/2024 (till 16:00 Hrs.) only.

• Candidate selected against this advertisement will be posted at Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site (RR Site), NPCIL.
• However, they are liable to serve in any part of India and can be transferred to any of the NPCIL Units/Sites, Head Quarter (Mumbai) or Upcoming Projects of NPCIL as may be required in the Corporation interest.

Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment 2024

• Written Examination (Stage-1- Preliminary Test, & Stage-2- Advanced Test) + Physical Standard Test+ Document Verification.
• The written examination will be OMR based or Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour Duration).
• Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours Duration).
• Preliminary and Advanced Test examination will be conducted in a single day with 30 minutes to 120 minutes break in between as per the requirement.
• During the break candidates will not be allowed to go outside the examination center. NPCIL reserves right to change the schedule of examination, however any change shall be intimated in advance to the candidates.
• The Stage-2 examination will be considered for evaluation only if candidate qualifies in Stage-1 examination.
• There will not be any Skill Test for Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN)-Operator for which the prescribed qualification is HSC/ISC.
• The number of candidates shortlisted for Physical Standard Test/Document Verification after written examination will be 3 times of the number of vacancies for each category.
• If the number of candidates qualified in written test is less than 3 times of the number of vacancies for each category, then all the qualified and eligible candidates are to be called for Physical Standard Test/Document Verification.
• Based upon the merit list prepared after Stage-2, Candidates in each trade shall be shortlisted for Skill Test.

• The online registration will commence from 22/08/2024 at 10:00 Hrs and will end on 11/09/2024.
• Eligible applicants have to apply through online application form as provided on the website “www.npcilcareers.co.in” only.
• Applications submitted in any other form including handwritten/typewritten applications in hard format delivered in person or by other means will not be entertained. DO NOT SEND any of the documents/application etc. to NPCIL.
• It is mandatory to fill all the relevant information such as qualification details, experience details (if any), percentage of marks, email address, contact phone /mobile number, address for correspondence, soft copy of scanned photograph and signature (JPEG) to complete the online application process and get the application number.
• Therefore, candidates are advised to keep such information ready before applying online.
