Position, Vacancy for NPCC Recruitment 2024
- NPCC Limited, having an annual turnover of more than Rs.1600 crores, is in urgent need of dynamic and result oriented persons as executives on regular basis at NPCC offices and projects all over India and abroad, whose details are as under
- Manager (Finance) - 04, Breakup: UR-3 OBC(NCL) -1
- Dy. Manager (Finance): 12, Breakup: UR-7 OBC(NCL) -3 SC-1 EWS-1 [Post reserved for PwBD-1]
Qualification for NPCC Recruitment 2024
Manager (Finance)
CA/CMA/ MBA(Fin.). Candidate must have 08 years post qualification experience: i) if working in regular cadre or on contractual basis in pay scale, in NPCC/other Government/ Semi Government Organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. institutions, then out of 08 years, candidate should have minimum two years’ experience in next below pay scale of Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA) OR PB Level 9(CDA) OR equivalent
Dy. Manager (Finance)
CA/CMA/ MBA (Fin.). Candidate must have 03 years post qualification experience: i) if working in regular cadre or on contractual basis in pay scale, in NPCC/other Government/SemiGovernment Organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/Govt. institutions, then out of 03 years, candidate should have minimum two years’ experience in next below pay scale of Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA) OR PB Level 6(CDA) OR equivalent
Pay Scale for NPCC Recruitment 2024
- Manager (Finance): E-2 (50000- 160000) (IDA)
- Dy. Manager (Finance): E-1 (40000- 140000) (IDA)
- The crucial cutoff date for all eligibility criteria including age limit, post qualification experience, CTC/Pay Scale, etc., shall be 31.01.2024
Age Limit for NPCC Recruitment 2024
Upper Age limit as on 31.01.2024: 35 years for Manager (Finance). Upper Age limit as on 31.01.2024: 30 years for Dy. Manager (Finance) Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PwBD & Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules. For internal candidates, age is no bar.
Application Fee for NPCC Recruitment 2024
General & OBC Candidate: Rs. 1000/-. SC/ST/ PwBD/ EWS/ Exservicemen - Nil. Cheque will not be accepted. Please mention name, address, post applied on the reverse of D.D. The application fee is payable through Demand Draft drawn in favour of NPCC Limited payable at Gurugram, Haryana. The application is to be made in the prescribed application form which is attached with this advertisement.
Selection Procedure for NPCC Recruitment 2024
- The selection procedure will be decided by NPCC depending upon the response received against each post.
- The selection criteria can be by way of Personal Interview or by any other appropriate way. Decision of NPCC will be final in this regard.
- The final selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in the interview, or by any other appropriate way, whereafter the “Offer of Appointment” shall be issued. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.

- The last date for receipt of applications for the posts of Manager (Finance)-04nos. and Dy. Manager (Finance)-12nos. against the Advt. No. NPCC/Regular/Finance/Jan./2024 published in Employment News (23-29 March 2024) is hereby extended up to 07/05/2024 (Tuesday). However, other terms and conditions of the said Advertisement will remain unchanged.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Those received after the last date of receipt of applications shall not be considered and treated as rejected & the application fee will not be refunded.

- Application should be sent by Speed post/ Regd. Post only. No applications will be accepted by hand.
