Northern Railway Recruitment 2024
Walk-in-Interview will be conducted by Firozpur Division/Northern Railway on 02.12.2024 for engagement of Part Time Dental Surgeon (04 hrs/per week except Sunday & Holidays) on contract basis for Sub Divisional Hospital/Amritsar. Candidates having the requisite qualification/eligibility criteria as specified below may appear in the 'Walk-in-Interview'.
The engagement will be offered purely on contract basis for the period of one year which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis as per Railways board's guidelines or till the post is filled by regular doctors selected from UPSC, whichever is earlier.

Qualification for Northern Railway Recruitment 2024
- BDS with internship or be a Post Graduation (MDS).
- Registered with Dental Council of India/Dental Council of State.
- Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in government or reputed private hospital.
Age Limit for Northern Railway Recruitment 2024
- Candidates should not have completed 53 years age as on 30.11.2024. However, there is age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates.
- Age limit for retired railway doctors and central/state government retired doctors: Candidates should not have completed more than 65 years of age as on 30.11.2024

Northern Railway Recruitment 2024 How Date to Apply
Applicant intending to join as Part Time Dental Surgeon (04 Hrs./ daily) should apply on prescribed format (enclosed) and submit the same up to 09.30 A.M physically on the date of 'Walk-in-interview' at the venue along with attested photocopies of following documents and attend the "Walk-in- Interview" with original certificates mentioned below:-
(a) Proof of age (SSC Certificate).
(b) Proof of passing BDS with internship & other higher educational certificates if any.
(c) Proof of registration in Indian Dental Council/Dental Council of State.
(d) Proof of caste in case of SC/ST candidate & Non-creamy layer certificate in case of OBC candidate.
(e) Mark Sheet(s) of relevant qualification.
(f) Experience Certificate.
(g) 04 (four) copies of passport size photograph.
