NLC Recruitment 2024
NLC India Limited (NLC) is recruiting 56 Industrial Trainees (Finance) for 2024, with positions based in Tamil Nadu. Eligible candidates must have passed the intermediate CA or CMA examination in 2022 or 2023 and be registered with the respective institutes.
Selection will be based on marks obtained in these exams, and candidates should not have undergone similar training before. While this training does not guarantee a future job with NLC, trainees will receive a stipend and accommodation, subject to availability. Preference will be given to Project Affected Persons (PAPs) of NLCIL.
Applications are open from 20th September 2024 to 10th October 2024, and candidates must apply online through the NLC website. Required documents include a photograph, signature, proof of birth, AADHAR, HSC marksheet, and CA/CMA certificates, among others. Only Indian nationals are eligible, and all applications must meet the set conditions to be considered.

Qualification for NLC Recruitment 2024
Candidates who have passed intermediate examination of Chartered Accountant (CA), conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (OR) Candidates who have passed intermediate examination of Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India held during the years 2022/2023.
Method Of Selection for NLC Recruitment 2024
Selection of candidates will be based on percentage of marks scored by them in Intermediate examination of CA/CMA, as the case may be.
General Conditions for NLC Recruitment 2024
- Candidates should have registered their names with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Candidates should not have undergone any similar training elsewhere.
- Completion of training does not entitle the trainees any right for temporary or permanent job in NLC India Limited.
- Candidates are informed that applying for engagement as IT (Finance) shall not give them any right to be engaged as trainee in the company.
- Besides payment of stipend, the trainees will be provided residential accommodation (unfurnished) on sharing basis at nominal rent, subject to availability.
- Everything being equal, preference will be given to the Project affected Persons (PAPs) of NLCIL.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

- Interested candidates meeting the above requirements may apply ONLINE and upload scanned copy of following certificates in NLCIL Online application portal in career page of NLCIL website (www.nlcindia.in):- (The following documents are mandatory at the time of application as well as Document Verification. In case the candidate is unable to produce, the requisite document at any stage, the candidature shall be summarily rejected)
- Recent passport size Colour photograph, taken after 01/06/2024.
- Scanned image of candidate‟s signature (in dark Blue or Black ink).
- Proof for Date of Birth (Birth Certificate (or) SSLC / Matriculation / HSC Mark Sheet).
- Copy of AADHAR Card.
- Copy of HSC Mark Sheet.
- Proof for possessing notified Qualifications (Intermediate Examination Certificate of CA/CMA & Mark sheets of intermediate examination of CA/CMA in chronological order).
- Community Certificate (in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL / EWS categories).
- Disability Certificate in case of PwBD candidates.
- Proof for Ex-servicemen viz. Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, etc.
- Proof for Project affected Person (applicable for Project affected Person only)
