The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is seeking a PFMS Expert/Consultant for the implementation of PFMS within their operations. The role involves various responsibilities such as training and supporting stakeholders in PFMS implementation, coordinating interactions between stakeholders, providing continuous support post-onboarding, and resolving issues related to Fin-tech and banking matters.
The consultant will also be responsible for preparing documentation, user manuals, and providing helpdesk support. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in PFMS, expertise in mapping Central Government schemes, and proficiency in MS Office.
The position is on a contractual basis for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. The salary offered is Rs. 90,000 per month, with no additional allowances. The consultant will be stationed at Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi, with occasional travel to ministry offices as required. Casual leave and office attendance on weekends may be expected. Shortlisted candidates will undergo personal interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.

Qualifications Details for NIUA Recruitment 2024
- MCA, BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent) from a recognized university with good academic record.
- Experience of mapping/configuration of Central Govt. sponsored schemes in platform.
- Experience in implementation/ customization of centrally sponsored schemes in states.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, willing to travel to provide training & technical assistance, and ability to work on different assignments
- Expert knowledge of payment/banking technologies, Data analysis, statistics and MIS report.
- 3 Years of experience in PFMS/Technology/Payment and Banking issues.
