NITRD Recruitment 2024 Walk-In Interviews for Junior Research Fellow, Project Technical Support II on 15.04.2024
A Walk-in-Interview is scheduled for 15th April 2024 to fill one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and one post of Project Technical Support II for an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) funded project titled “Scaling up short course TB Preventive Regimen containing Isoniazid and Rifapentine given once weekly for three months (3HP) among household contacts of Sputum Positive Pulmonary TB patients in India: A Demonstration Project”.
The project duration extends up to 29th November 2024 or until its completion. The interview will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Auditorium, NITRD. Interested candidates are advised to attend the interview at the specified date, time, and venue.

Qualification for NITRD Recruitment 2024
- Junior Research Fellow (One post): Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with Research experience (after post graduation) of two years
- Project Technical Support II (One post): 12th in Science with Five years’ experience in research work / field.
Pay Scale for NITRD Recruitment 2024
- For the position of Junior Research Fellow (One post), the salary offered is a consolidated amount of Rs. 37,000/-.
- For the position of Project Technical Support II (One post), the salary is Rs. 18,000/- per month, in addition to House Rent Allowance (HRA).
- These salary packages are provided as per the terms and conditions outlined in the recruitment notification.
Age Limit for NITRD Recruitment 2024
The maximum age limit for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position is 35 years, while for the Project Technical Support II position, it is 30 years. Eligible candidates may receive age relaxation as per the guidelines set by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
