NIT Warangal Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for Junior Research Fellow, Check Eligibility at nitw.ac.in
The National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT Warangal) has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a sponsored research project titled "Design and operation of chemical looping combustion of coal and biomass for clean energy production with CO2 capture" from SERB under Core research grant.
Candidates with a B.Tech./B.E, M.Tech, or M.Sc degree in relevant disciplines are eligible to apply. The consolidated salary for the position is Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the third year. Hostel accommodation will be provided based on availability. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications by email to [email protected] by May 12, 2024, and fill out the Google form provided.
The selection will be based on an interview, and details will be communicated via email. Candidates who are already employed must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and students must provide a provisional degree certificate or equivalent at the time of the interview. Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a sponsored research project entitled “Design and operation of chemical looping combustion of coal and biomass for clean energy production with CO2, capture” from SERB under Core research grant
- Name of position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2024
- First class with not less than 60% aggregate / 6.5 CGPA (on a 10 point scale) in B. Tech./B.E. in Chemical Engineering / Energy Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Science/ Metallurgical Engineering and allied disciplines and First class with not less than 60% aggregate / 6.5 CGPA (on a 10 point scale) in M.Tech in relevant disciplines. or
- B. Tech/B. E. in Chemical Engineering/ Metallurgy/ Materials science/ Mechanical Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ allied disciplines with a valid GATE score and at least a CGPA of 8.0/10 or 75% of marks or
- First class with not less than 60% aggregate / 6.5 CGPA (on a 10 point scale) M.Sc. Chemistry and allied disciplines with qualified NET/GATE score
Pay Scale for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2024
Consolidated salary: Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first 2 years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for 3rd year Hostel accommodation in the campus will be provided based on the availability
